What is Intention Global?
Intention Global is a world-wide healing meditation group with a loving and supportive spiritual community. Our purpose is to gather together in the name of Love. We hold daily healing meditations and prayers for people all around the world.
- There are no pre-requisites to participate. The magic is in coming together.
- Other than no politics on the Telegram group, there really are no rules! Bring your own personal spiritual practice and join in.
- This is not a guided meditation. It is a "solo meditation together".
- Healing requests are received or gathered by members of the community every day, and at 9pm EST/NYT we meditate/pray together on the requests we've received.
- We simply repeat the people's names or say "_______ is healthy and well in every way". You can also repeat the names in such a way that they squish together into a mantra, e.g. Mikecarolgregmarciapeterjanbobbycindyalice.
- We do this while feeling Love for them. Imagine the feeling in your Heart of hugging someone important to you.
- Meditation/prayer time generally lasts up to 30 mins, but can go for longer if you feel called. Suggested meditation music is at the bottom of the page.
- Participants are also encouraged to improvise their own mantras/intention statements and also to journey while intending - i.e. to explore the imagination and allow thoughts, feelings, and perceptions to arise naturally. These are often relevant and can be shared with the group.
- Meditators are also encouraged to ceremonialize or create sacred space around these intentions if possible, e.g. sitting at their altar, lighting a candle or incense, praying the rosary, etc.
- We greatly appreciate prayer requests for the deceased. If someone you know has recently crossed over, please add their name to the list.
- Everything about Intention Global is a community effort.
